*The excursion schedule and the final price of the excursion it will be established by travel company “TRAVIS TOURISM Iasi” soon.

The fee includes access to all conference sessions, the conference Abstract Book, Proceedings on CD-ROM, welcome reception, official dinner, lunch, and refreshments at coffee breaks. The fee includes the participation with maximum two papers as first author. The organizers must be notified about the options while the abstracts/papers are submitted.

 

Students must provide proof of status (copy of valid student ID card or a letter from their institution or program director).

The registration fee is VAT inclusive, but it does not include any bank charges, which must be fully covered by the participant.
